What will happen to the old North American app?

The old North American app is no longer available to download, but it is still functional for users who already have it. 


In the coming months, the North American app will be deactivated. The new app, which combines Lush Lens, Bathe and lots of other cool features, will be the only Lush app available to use globally. 

What are the differences between the old Lush app (white icon) and the new Lush app (black icon)?

The new global app comes with exciting new features—including early access to product launches, improved search functionality, access to Lush Lens, Lush Bathe and more! We are working to bring all the features you love from the old North American app to the new global app. We're currently working on adding account creation, login, store locator and gift cards, as well as our Buy Online Pick Up In-Store program. 

Account and Sign-In

How can I create or log in to my current account on the new app?

For the moment, account creation and login on the new app are unavailable. Meaning that you can place orders as a guest and you will need to provide your personal details in order to complete your transaction. We're working hard to provide these tools and will let you know once you can create an account and log in on the app. 

How can I see the order history I used to have on the old app?

Your order history is available on the website—simply sign in with your email and password here. On the new app, order history is currently unavailable. 

How can I see my details and saved addresses on the new app?

Personal Information and saved addresses are not currently available on the global app. The Lush team is working hard to transfer your account and personal information to the new app. 

Stores and ‘Buy Online, Pick-Up In Store’

How can I set my store location on the new app?

The features that allow you to set your favorite store and find the closest store are currently unavailable on the new app. You can find a shop on our website here. 

How can I find my nearest store on the mobile app?

Gift Cards

How can I check my gift card balance on the new app?

We're not currently able to check your balance on the new app. If you have your GC 21-digit number, you can check it here. Otherwise, contact our Customer Care team for support.

How can I buy a gift card on the new app?

Gift cards are not available for purchase on the global app. You can place an order for a gift card on our website here.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit cards, PayPal, Aferpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We cannot currently accept gift cards on the app, but watch this space for updates!

How can I set up the country on the new app?

Tap on the happy face icon located on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen, go to settings and then select the country you are in.
