Can’t wait for delivery? Get everything you need within two hours of ordering it. That’s right, buy online within your store’s operating hours and pick up your order in just two hours. You’ll receive an email when your products are ready for pick up. Buy online, pick up in-store is available in all shops, only select stores offer curbside pickup.
Common Questions
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes...if you tell us they're coming. We'll explain. When you place your order, you give us the details of the person who will be picking it up and they must provide photo ID when they arrive.
How long will you hold my order for once it's ready?
Start the clock! After you receive an email confirming that your order is ready, you have four days to collect it. After that, we'll be sad, you'll be sad, the order will be cancelled and the products will be returned to the shelves.
How do I know if my products are in stock?
If a product is out of stock at your local Lush, you won't be given the option to select "pick up in-store" on the product page. Check back soon, as we’re always making fresh batches of all your favorites.
